LOXAHATCHEE RIVER MILE 6 OXBOW RESTORATION
Sealed bids for the Loxahatchee River Mile 6 Oxbow Restoration will be received by the Jupiter Inlet District at its offices at 400 North Delaware Blvd. Jupiter, Florida 33458 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, and then at said offices publicly opened and read aloud. Project work lies within the northwest fork of the Loxahatchee River and generally consists of closing the existing oxbow breach by constructing a rock sill and backfilling with sediment dredged from the overwash fan, repairing three (3) nearby existing rock structures, and installing red mangroves as shown on the project drawings. Questions related to this bid must be received no later than November 20, 2023. The Contractor must complete the project no later than 120 days from Notice to Proceed.
A Bid Bond will be required. Offers providing less than sixty (60) days for District acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
